2. Order Acceptance and Limits

2.1 Placing an Order: Your order is an offer from you to us to buy the products in your basket. Our official acceptance of your order takes place when we email you to confirm we have dispatched your products.

2.2 Order Limits & Anti-Fraud Measures: We provide our products for your personal use only. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent activity or unauthorized reselling, we strictly limit purchases to a maximum of 10 items per specific product variant (SKU) per order. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order that we suspect is being exploited for commercial, business, or dropshipping purposes.

3. Medical Disclaimer and Product Use

The products sold on our Site, including but not limited to ergonomic pillows, neck pillows, lumbar support pillows, wedge pillows, and back & seat cushions, are designed to promote comfort, improve posture, and enhance sleep quality. They are not medical devices.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 The 30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by the tracking information) to initiate a return.

4.2 Health and Hygiene Exceptions: Our products (pillows and cushions) are considered personal care goods. Due to strict health protection and hygiene standards, we can only accept returns if the items are in their original, unopened factory vacuum packaging. Any item that has been unsealed, opened from its vacuum bag, or shows signs of use cannot be returned and will be rejected.

4.3 Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with clear photographic or video evidence. For verified defects, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement without requiring you to ship the defective item back to us.

5. Shipping and Delivery

The risk of loss for products purchased from us passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., customs delays, severe weather, or carrier logistics). 6. Billing Terms, Pricing, and Discount Codes

6.1 Billing and Payments: By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. You authorize us (via our secure third-party payment processors, including Stripe) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees (if any), at the time the order is placed. All payment processing is subject to the terms and conditions of our payment processors.

6.2 Pricing Accuracy: We take care to ensure that the prices of products are correct. However, if we discover a clear and obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund your payment in full, and require the return of any products provided.

6.3 Discount Codes: From time to time, we may offer promotional discount codes. Only one code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not valid on shipping fees. We reserve the right to decline orders where, in our reasonable opinion, a discount code is invalid or is the subject of fraudulent activity.

6.4 Volume Promotions ("Buy 2+ & get £5 off each item"): From time to time, we run automated volume-based promotions on selected products identified by a promotional badge on the product page. This discount applies automatically at checkout when you purchase two or more eligible items within the same specific product variant (SKU). Please note that the discount does not apply if you mix and match different product models or variations (e.g., purchasing one grey pillow model and one white pillow model will not trigger the discount). You may, however, purchase multiple sets of eligible items within the same order (e.g., 2 eligible grey pillows and 2 eligible black pillows) and the respective discounts will be applied to each qualifying set. The applied promotion will be clearly indicated in your cart summary prior to checkout.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no case shall MARNIFY LTD, our directors, employees, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or any similar damages, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

If we are found to be liable to you for any damage or loss, our liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product(s) associated with the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver

You agree that any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the products purchased from MARNIFY LTD shall be resolved on an individual basis.
